We are aware that exhibitors may wish to hang banners above their exhibition stand at an event and we are supportive of this.
However, these banners may have an impact on the stands in the immediate vicinity and for this reason the banners have to comply with some simple requirements and therefore we have to approve any banners at the time of approving the stand design.

These guidance notes set out what information needed from you and what your responsibilities are as the contractor. An Exhibition Rigging Request (ERR) document details all of the information we require from you and a bespoke quote will be sent to you based on this.
